Guys,alot of us have had our rankings dropped back to the beginning,and its not so great when we’ve been working for them for ages.Would be gr8 if bigfish could get them back for us.Its not a computer glitch as was the reason given in emails,and has happened as a pretty common thing.Not so happy campers!!

I too have had my rank drop, 2 days ago it was whale 9 now I’m back down to the guppy rank. Please fix it, if possible.

I lost my rank a couple of weeks ago. I was a seel6 and dropped back to a guppy2. If rank is based on tokens earned, then determining (or at least close) what the rank should be should be easily identified and corrected. I agree, gr8 game, loss of rank hard to take.
It seems the game freezes a lot too. I have a brand new computer so I know the problem is not that. I’ve tried just about every fix that I’ve heard about, but the game still freezes. Would love to see that fixed too.

played game first thing this morning only to be shown my rank as Guppy1! I was a Kraken1……..hard to take I have to say! The adverts freeze up the game too….about time it was all fixed…..many thanks…..mmmmrs

Was a Kraken…now I got demoted…took me awhile to find out how to contact Big Fish…but anyhow…was a Kraken 4..Please adjust. Thankyou.

Please tell me where I can go to find out how many tokens it takes to advance in each of the ranks. I was a kraken 3 and lost my rank back down to guppy. I complained but it didnt do any good and ive searched to try and find out the # of tokens to advance in tnhe ranks and can’t find them. Please help me. Thanks. player name is fancisweets.
