You start the game with a rank of Guppy1. There are 9 levels within each rank, so when you have earned 25,000 tokens (playing Big Fish Slots) your level will advance from Guppy1 to Guppy2 and you will earn 100 tokens! Here are the ranks and rewards:

I saw the champ ranking too. Just a FYI it rewards 1800 tokens as you rank through it.

I got bumped back to Guppy 1 from Seal 5. My understanding from a friend who also had this happen is that Big Fish will not fix it and restore the old rank.

Why does it take forever to get up in points but it takes less time to spin just to have the time go so fast. It also doesn’t make sense to me either that the game freezes after the second round.

you’re right about the rank being lost…I lost mine and they said they couldn’t or wouldn’t give it back to me which I think is totally unfair to anyone. Now Im back up to Seal 2 and everytime I go into a game I hold my breath wondering if my rank is still there….

I used to play slots myself but after 3 times of being thrown back to guppy one, I give up. I will not play that game again. I see no reason they can’t give us back our standing. It’s not fair to play for so long and get up on the scale only to come on and find upi are guppy one again.

On June 26 2008 I was almost kraken2..logged on…was a guppy1 again….had heard about this happening to folks and felt really bad for them…now I knew the feeling first hand. It stunk! Went diligently to work to restore my rank for love of the game I faithfully stayed with bigfish…Had earned it back to past kraken2… NOW..Oct 5 2008..logged on am a guppy1 again…this is unacceptable!!!! I don’t love it enough to put up with CRAP like this forever! FIX the problem bigfish! What fun is it not to be able to keep what we so faithfully work hard to EARN..YOU BIGFISH ARE NOT FAITHFUL TO US! This happens to often…

I think we’ve all had the problem of losing rank at one time or another. A team player in a room I was in said that if you freeze up, leave and re-enter the room you will lose rank. You have to completely leave slots game then come back in. I hope this helps everyone.

I love the game or I would not have put myself through this so many times but Once again I have reverted back to Guppy 1 from Whale 6.The highest I have been is Kraken 4. I have just emailed Big Fish Games for I think the 5/6 time I have lost my ranking and emailed every time. I have suggested they cut out the rank. None of the other games have ranking it should just be the same except for the ranks it is not fair that quite a few of us have to work sooooo hard to get our ranks back only to have it all undone so easily…. OR they should put us back!!! what point is a game that does that anyhow. I am really angry tonight it doesnt get any easier, believe me. I think I will call it a day. I know it doesnt sound great but I am glad I am not alone in this. Take care all Marilynne

I’m a paid member and I really am fed up with all the freezing in big fish slots. I want to cancel my membership and I’m really disappointed with you guys. Will tell others not to join!!!!
