Is Bigfish games down? I cannot log into my account it gte an error that says Sorry, the page you requested was not found. It has been this way since yesterday. Is anyone else having this issue? I contacted customer service but havent received a response yet.

Any Mac users here having trouble playing Riddle & L.O.B.E. besides me? I lost the ability to play a couple of weeks ago (on 2 different Mac’s) & tech support doesn’t seem to be well versed in Mac troubleshooting. They just kept steering me toward the Java tutorial which is, you guessed it, for PC’s. Any help from other Mac users would be appreciated as I miss these games a lot! BTW, I have upgraded my Java as far as I can go for OS X v 10.4.11. Thanks!

In defence of IONS to whytenite:
IONs are gamers just like the rest of us, why should they not go into a room? They may appear to be uninvited but are usually responding to a support complaint. Of course they have 101 things to sort and would rather do that,but if there is a problem they are always there for us and I am happy they are there to sort the “mess”. I have yet to see an ION facour anyone they only react to the information they have. Good gaming whitenite anf ty for being ther IONs.
